Michaela Fenech

Registered Osteopath

Michaela is a compassionate and experienced Osteopath with a holistic approach to healing. She graduated with distinction from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, and holds qualifications in Clinical Pilates, dry needling, and RockTape application.

Her treatment style is mostly structural, with some indirect work when needed.

Born in Australia with Maltese and New Zealand Māori heritage, Michaela moved to Tauranga to connect with her roots and offer her expertise to the local community. She is passionate about the human body and believes in the importance of balance in all aspects of life.

Michaela is also qualified in Rongoā Māori, a traditional form of Māori healing, which she integrates into her osteopathic practice. Through her training, Michaela has gained a deeper understanding of health and healing from a Māori perspective. This allows her to combine traditional methods with osteopathic techniques, offering a more holistic approach while also providing culturally sensitive care.

Outside of work, Michaela enjoys spending time outdoors, running, hiking, kayaking, and being with her family and friends.
